As a

Senior Media Buyer, Paid Search,

you’ll be instrumental in advancing our clients' marketing strategies across key Search Marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360. With a proactive approach and a commitment to excellence, you’ll manage and optimize budgets, analyze data to uncover actionable insights, and develop innovative A/B tests. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while honing your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Grow clients businesses by optimizing marketing campaigns across Search Marketing platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and SA360

Routinely conduct data analysis to uncover insights, inform campaign improvements, future media plans, and testing opportunities.

Develop strategic testing plans based on client goals to maximize both performance and learnings.

Main point of contact for clients for all day-to-day operations and communications.

Develop and present client-ready performance insights and reports, recommend actionable next steps that will improve performance and drive business results.

Drive industry leading intelligence through the development of innovative A/B tests and experiments.

Think holistically as a marketer & learn to translate business needs into comprehensive media activations.

Drive internal processes and best practices for colleagues and team members.

Oversee client billing process on an ongoing basis to ensure flawless execution.

Work closely with Manager to mentor and develop Analysts and/or Jr. Analysts.

About YouCHARACTER QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years in a SEM performance marketing role

Proficiency with Google Ads and / or SA360

Proficiency with website analytics tools like Google or Adobe Analytics

Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint

BA/BS degree (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics a plus)

Demonstrated record of excelling in previous roles and responsibilities.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail oriented and organized.

Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment.

Not a must, but a plus:

BONUS EXP: Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, R, Python.

Salary Range: $70,000—$85,000 USD
