How will you contribute to the team?

Manage toll systems projects deliverables, schedules, milestones, and contracts. Assignments require leading the investigation of a large number of variables and the development of novel solutions to back office systems. Duties usually include the following:

Develop guidelines for the application of state-of-art Toll system technologies and Toll operations principles to programs and projects.

Develop Toll design concepts and solutions to Toll problems, including plans and criteria for new projects.

Oversee changes or improvements to plans and programs.

Manage the evaluation of alternative approaches, technology capabilities, previous experience with Toll system deployments, cost benefits, and client/regulatory agency specifications, and recommend cost-effective solutions.

Develop and agree on outline deliverables. Deliver presentations, communicate concepts and deliverables to clients, and conduct quality control checks.

Support financial reporting, reconciliation, and audit of toll systems during operations.

May perform other duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor.

What will you contribute?

Bachelor's degree in field of practice. Graduate degree preferred. Management coursework and/or MBA is a plus. This level may be achieved by technical professionals or managers with twelve years of experience since B.S. or eleven years since M.S., with at least three of these years in the Senior Project Manager position with highly complex project management responsibility.

Current CPA license is required.
