* Bachelors degree in related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or Associates degree in related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience. * Previous experience with software used in a financial, clinical or enterprise systems setting.* Previous experience with financial, clinical or web-based systems computing preferred.* Expertise and certification in supported technologies as required by role.* Previous experience using verbal and written communication to a variety of audiences through a range of modalities.* ITIL certification within 6 months of hire.* Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written).Epic Instructional Designer or Epic Applications Analyst:* Epic certification within six months of first class attendance. ERP Applications Analyst:* Previous experience in Retail Point of Sales, ERP, CRM, programming, business analysis or other related ITS function preferred.In applicable departments:* Licensed candidates must possess and maintain active licensure in accordance with Oklahoma State law
