Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Geography, Geographic Information Science, or a related field.3 years of Transportation/Railroad experience.3 years of experience with Esri ArcGIS desktop and enterprise products, knowledge of GIS data types, GPS collection, relational database management systems (RDBMS), spatial analysis, and cartography.Ability to collect, manage, analyze, model, document, and present geographic or spatial data.Experience with automating GIS processes and applications using Arcade, SQL, Python, etc.Minimum KSAs:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to respond positively to changing priorities.Ability to work productively in a team environment.Ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization and communicate complex information effectively.Superior analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.Knowledgeable about project management principles and practices.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geography, Computer Science, Geographic Information Science, or a related field.4 years of experience with Esri applications including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcPro, Survey123, etc.Experience with programming languages (SQL, R, Python), front-end design languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), developer packages such as Jupyter Notebooks.Asset management experience or IAM training.
