Fitness Studio - General Manager (Sales)
Do you love to be part of a WINNING TEAM? We are now hiring for General Manager (Sales) at HOTWORX Stafford (Patriots Crossing)!
HOTWORX is a 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio with the first-ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. We combine Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2) and Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to virtual workouts ranging from HOT Yoga to HOT Cycle, HOT Buns, and more. Our exclusive workouts are done inside the HOTWORX infrared sauna and are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!
Basic Requirements & Qualifications
Ideal candidate is dedicated to personal success in their own life and is ready to bring that to a new chapter in their career.
Must value fitness, health, self-improvement and has boundless positivity in their energy, outlook and attitude.
Must be organized, able to delegate tasks and lead by example.
Able to learn and become a subject matter expert quickly.
Well connected in the local community.
Associates or Bachelors degree and fitness certifications (preferred).
2+ years of experience in customer service, management, fitness or sales (preferred).
Job Details & Responsibilities
As the manager of the Stafford location you will manage a small part-time staff to assist you in your responsibilities. Staffed hours are 11am - 8pm Monday through Thursday, Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 11am-4pm so someone on staff must always be present during those hours. Plan to execute the following in a minimum 40 hour work week:
Provide superior customer service to members and guests, drive traffic into the location, continually increase the membership base and focus on the retention of current members.
Make every member feel special during their visits by providing warm greetings for each visit, answering their questions, providing proper sauna and workout instructions, answering all post-workout questions, and providing suggestions on gear, hydration, and other retail items.
Maintain an immaculate fitness studio with a focus on cleanliness and operational excellence.
Utilize social media and all other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community and to help grow the member base and brand awareness daily.
Promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community, including outreach to prospective members by social media, phone, text, email and engaging through local events.
Hire and train new staff as needed.
Communicate & report to owner daily.
Benefits, Compensation & Opportunities
Base salary with generous commissions AND studio bonuses with no cap.
$50k-90k+ per year depending on performance.
Optional 401k for eligible employees (minimum 1 year of employment).
