Chemical Mixer | First Shift | Bond Hill, OHThis position is primarily responsible for operating ink-making machinery and equipment, manufacturing and packaging fluids, and keeping their workstation, equipment and products clean and orderly.Responsibilities:Operates ink-making machinery and equipment.Pulls, weighs, blends raw materials to make inks (water, solvent, UV/EB, or oil based).Reads and interprets batch tickets and adhering to work processes and procedures.Processes and completes documentation accurately by recording information on batch tickets, labels containers, packages inks and inspects customer products per requirements.Meets production schedules and metrics and ensuring quality products are produced.Follows all safety and regulatory compliance procedures.Attends all required meetings and training.Inventory control activities.Loads and unloadsOther duties as assigned by production management.Qualifications :High school degree or equivalentPrior batch-making or compounding experience is required.Prior experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment is preferred.Frequently lift 25-50 pounds.Roll and maneuver drums of product between 500 to 550 pounds.Strong initiative and ability to work independently.Operate a Powered Industrial Truck (forklift, pallet jacks, lift trucks, etc). Training to operate industrial trucks is provided by the companyMust be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. May use mathematical formulas, charts, tables, drawings, specifications, schedules or diagrams.Sound judgment to make decisions regarding the sequence of setups, operations and processes within the limitations of standard operating.Schedule :Monday-Friday 7am-4pmPay :$21/hr paid weekly.Please note this is not an entry level position, will need to have similar experience to be considered.--IND123
