We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth in the Texas market. This role requires a creative thinker with a proven track record in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Texas market to support PBK's business objectives.

Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, public relations, events, and advertising.

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Give oversight on quality and messaging within each qualification, proposal and presentation as well as assist with interview coaching.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, design, and project management teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and media outlets.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep PBK at the forefront of the market.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the Texas market.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media platforms.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and creatively, with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is preferred.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

Ability to travel as needed to attend meetings, events, and site visits.
