Seasonal Jenni Kayne Customer Service Representative , your primary responsibilities include the following:Communicate effectively with customers through Gladly, across all channels (phone, live chat, SMS, and email) to determine their needs in accordance with CX policies and procedures.Handle all inquiries regarding orders, exchange requests, refunds, gift cards, promotion codes, customer issues, etc. with accuracy.Maximize sales by clienteling, assisting customers in styling consultations, and providing empathetic and friendly customer service.Encourage customers to sign up for Jenni Kayne Rewards and engage with us on social media platforms.Secure company assets through loss prevention in compliance with company policies and guidelines.Qualifications and Requirements:Can-do attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.Willingness and availability to work during peak business periods – weekends, holidays, etc.Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proven record of follow-through.Comfortable working in a team-centric, remote environment.Preferred Skills:Minimum of two to three (2-3) years of experience in apparel or lifestyle e-commerce.Knowledge and experience with POS, CRM and Inventory Management systems, Microsoft Office, Gladly, Shopify, etc.Results-driven; strategic, conceptual, and innovative thinker.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.Ability to multitask and exceptional organizational skills, owning calendar and managing deadlines.Additional Notes:This job description is not all-inclusive.
