Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for leading a group of team leaders and employees who develop strategies and drive analytics to understand portfolio risk, increase profitability, and optimize operational performance. Key responsibilities include setting strategic priorities for the team, identifying trends, and leading efforts to maximize risk versus return for the business unit. Job expectations include using data and analytics to solve complex problems, coaching employees, and partnering across technology, product, and risk leadership to drive performance.Responsibilities:Establishes department-wide strategies and oversees portfolio trend analysis, forecasting, and risk/control performance.Leads innovation by identifying and championing large scale initiatives that improve the risk management, profitability, and control oversight of risks for the business unit.Identifies business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions and communicates findings to senior management.Coaches employees on best practices for structuring complex problems, performing analysis, and communicating the results and implications of their work.Design & execution of end-to-end Digital New Account Opening framework and capabilities roadmap.Develop compelling vision and data-driven business cases for transformation initiatives. Lead efforts to prioritize investments in digital ID verification capabilities for new applications.Partner across organizational lines, build and maintain a coalition of executive leaders and process owners, to develop and drive the digital account opening agenda. Facilitate regular routines for stakeholders and senior executives.Drive Digital New Account Opening strategy requirements. Review/approve proposed policy and process changes (in line with broader enterprise and channel governance processes).Stay current on industry trends and new, emerging technology to support seamless new account opening, with stronger controls.Required Qualifications:Design & execution of end-to-end Digital New Account Opening framework and capabilities roadmap.Develop compelling vision and data-driven business cases for transformation initiatives.Partner across organizational lines to drive prioritization and support funding of key ID verification initiatives in new accounts space.Drive Digital New Account Opening strategy requirements.Stay current on industry trends and new, emerging technology to support seamless new account opening, with stronger controls.Desired Qualifications:Prior experience in leading policy, strategy, analytics or initiative development in a digital new account opening context.Proven track record of being able to drive projects from idea to execution in digital fraud space.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work across organizational lines to drive results.Ability to influence effectively at executive levels.Skills:Analytical ThinkingBusiness AnalyticsData MiningFraud ManagementBusiness Process AnalysisCritical ThinkingInfluenceRelationship BuildingStrategy Planning and DevelopmentBusiness Case AnalysisIssue ManagementLeadership DevelopmentProcess Performance MeasurementRecruitingMinimum Education Requirement:

40Pay Transparency details:Pay range $126,000.00 - $225,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
