Rapidly growing and highly successful hearing healthcare company is seeking a Director of Human Resources to assert a leadership and hands-on role in the development and support of a cohesive, highly team-oriented, collaborative organization and culture.
Position Reports to:
Senior Leadership (President & CEO)
Responsibilities:
Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution; provide insightful data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions.
Strong HR Operations Management experience to include HRIS, HR Systems implementation, and project management skills.
Strong benefits implementation skills.
Ability to analyze benefits and payroll administrative options as the organization continues to grow and evolve.
Tackle challenges and drill into the root cause of any issue, regardless of level of sophistication.
Provide expertise in the following areas: Career planning, organizational integration, facilitation of cross-functional teamwork, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
Build positive relationships with employees on all levels.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; partner with the legal department as needed/required.
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.

Pay:
$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
