NAS Marketing is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience, helping to drive sales and innovation across paid media campaigns for North America Stores (NAS). You will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns for cross-category programs, brand launches and seasonal events. As a leader in the team, you will be expected to influence across the organization, partnering with our Tech and Central Automated Marketing teams to influence the testing roadmap across audience, creative and personalized content.

Key job responsibilities:

Develop strategies for Social and Display Ad campaignsEstablish goals and KPIsPartner with stakeholder teams and creative in developing and optimizing contentOwn an experimentation roadmapTrack campaign performance and work with partner teams to make necessary adjustmentsReport on performance and insights, influencing future campaignsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launchesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting- Experience in marketing or marketing researchAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
