Responsibilities
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to meet business objectives, focusing on customer engagement and lead generation.Lead direct mail marketing campaigns, including targeting, creative direction, and performance analysis.Oversee social media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, audience engagement, and business goals.Analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and optimize ROI.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and reporting to ensure timely execution of campaigns.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies.Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, direct mail, and social media management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Proven experience in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with marketing software tools and CRM platforms.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing.Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.Healthcare experience is a plus
