Job DescriptionLevco Management is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician for a property located in Richmond, VA.
We are seeking an individual with experience in the apartment industry who is dependable, hard-working, and interested in developing their technical skills.
Qualifications1 year of residential maintenance experienceGeneral maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)Must provide your own hand tools including handheld power toolsEPA 608 certification requiredMust be able to lift at least 50 lbs regularly without assistanceValid driver's license and reliable transportation are requiredMust be able to pass a background check as well as a maintenance skills assessmentResponsibilitiesComplete apartment turnoversGeneral painting and drywall repairsComplete work ordersAssist with preventative maintenance programsAssist with keeping grounds clean dailyCompleting thorough inspections of the common areas on a regular basisAny other duties your supervisor assigns to youLevco Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Requirements:
