A global leader in the manufacturing of tarp systems and trailer accessories with multiple operating sites across the US is searching for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the South Territory! This is a fully remote, travel-based position that focuses on both developing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships in the New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana areas. They are looking for candidates with a strong background in technical sales who take a consultative approach to business development. Salary Range:

$90,000 - $125,000 / year DOE + OTE

Regional Sales Manager Requirements:1-15 years of Sales experienceTechnical industry experience is required; with automotive (after-market accessories), trucking, manufacturing, or parts preferredBachelor's degree OR at least 5 years of relevant sales experienceStrong technical acumen and ability to learn product details across multiple sectorsExcellent relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach to salesMust be results-driven, aiming to significantly grow the regionValid Driver's License and ability to travel up to 80% within the territoryProficient in CRM systems, preferably ZoHoCandidates must live within South Territory major metropolitan areas (New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, or Louisiana)Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the designated territoryGenerate and pursue new business opportunitiesEngage potential customers through sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrationsMaintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring exceptional service and understanding their needsWork cross-functionally with marketing to create and execute territory-specific campaigns and other internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfactionAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to seize growth opportunitiesProvide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysisAttend trade shows and industry events to enhance network and brand presenceBenefits:
