Integrated Marketing Manager
for one our top clients in the
Bolingbrook, IL
area! This is a
Hybrid, 4 Month Contract

Position Overview for the Integrated Marketing Manager:
Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for key platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns effectively.
Work closely with strategy, marketing, consumer insights, merchandising, creative services, and other key stakeholders to ensure clear and cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to define Annual Business Plans, execute on them, and establish measurement frameworks to gauge success.
Provide marketing thought leadership to innovate and reimagine go-to-market strategies in impactful and disruptive ways.
Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, internal processes, and the competitive landscape.
Some travel may be required (less than 10%).
Required Skills for the Integrated Marketing Manager:
6+ years of direct-to-consumer marketing experience.
Proven experience managing 360-degree marketing campaigns across multiple channels and KPIs.
Strong leadership abilities, including team management, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration.
Expertise in strategic planning, including developing creative briefs and project plans.
Solid background in consumer insights and insight-driven business planning.
Demonstrated creativity and experience in leading creative projects and agency partnerships.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
