The Vice President of ISV Sales will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales revenue, profitability, and budgetary objectives, including full P&L responsibility. This role requires strategic planning, team management, sales execution, leveraging technology, and process improvement.What You Will Do:Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team, including 1099 partners, while fostering a culture of success, accountability, and achievement.Create and implement business development plans and sales strategies to achieve company goals.Deliver accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales budget for the team.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to monitor customer, market, and competitor activity, identifying new opportunities and providing feedback to leadership.Manage relationships with key customers and assist in closing strategic deals.Optimize internal sales processes and establish effective touchpoints throughout the sales cycle.Partner with product teams to ensure alignment of key features with customer needs.What You Bring:3-5 years of experience in the Merchant Services industry.3-5 years of proven sales leadership experience.
