The RN prescribes, delegates, and coordinates nursing care of patients; participates in patient and family teaching; and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary, nursing, and other patient-team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Creates a positive customer service environment.
Job Duties:Assessment and identification of patient needs and implementation of appropriate interventions considering the needs of patient populations per department scope of service.Delegation of nursing care activities and provisions of supervision; establishes and maintains a plan for the delivery of nursing care; assures that nursing care interventions and activities are directed to resolve problems; and performs technical aspects of care competently.Requirements:
Current RN licensure recognized by the Kentucky State Board of Nursing is required.Benefits:
