We are looking for an Information Systems (IS) Implementation Manager to manage, schedule, and control our IS/IT projects and related tasks to deploy client and system migrations. YOUR ROLE
The National IS Program Manager will serve as the primary spokesperson for the Blue Yonder-based WMS program and its surroundings including automation. You will provide functional, technical, and operational expertise for any projects in the country along with supporting presales activities and helping drive the adoption of standardized systems. The role will help validate requirements, alongside the rest of the IS team in the country, and act as design lead for complex implementations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Providesprocess definition/improvement for current project operationsAct as designlead and/or vet any new implementation or sales cycle where the WMS is inscopeDrivePartner Management including scope definition, KPIs, Finance, and partnerconsultant evaluationsProvidethe relevant technical expertise around product integrations and advancedwarehousing concepts/functionalitiesOversee,mentor, and develop the implementation team to support the complete WMSportfolio, successfully executing both client implementations and internalstrategic/ change management initiativesStrategizewith global and regional resources to ensure that national and regionalrequirements are being built into global solutions that meetcountry/Region strategic directionDrivethe Blue Yonder WMS initiative to success in the Country/region includingidentification and development of necessary surrounding applications thatmeet or exceed current capabilitiesEnsurethat the necessary integration points, methods, and solutions in thecountry are aligned with the Regional/global strategy and can become bestpractices within the regionDriveconformance to Contract Logistics guidelines and project methodologyYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Bachelor'sdegree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or equivalent workexperienceMinimum5 years of functional/ technical experience in Blue Yonder implementationexperience4+ yearsof Process improvement experience3+ yearsof 3PL, warehouse, or manufacturing experienceSolidknowledge of Blue Yonder capabilities and logicAnticipatetravel at 50%, with increased travel during the realization phase ofimplementation
