to join our growing Richman Maintenance Team!

Location:
Hayward Village Senior Village, our 151-unit residential community located in Hayward, CA!
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
What we are looking for:4 or more years of supervisory experience in multi-family residential communitiesEPA 608 I & II or EPA Universal certification required for hireThis is not a live in position.Valid/Active Driver's license required for hireExperience with Yardi property management softwareBilingual, English/Spanish a plus!What we offer:
Competitive base hourly rate of pay ($28-$30 per hour), depending upon experienceAutomatic quarterly pay increases (every three months/quarter)Monthly personal cell phone allowance of $40 per monthEligible for annual discretionary bonus at year-endExcellent Employee benefits programs for full time Employees!About Us :

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the propertyManage the preparation of vacant units for occupancy within established deadlinesManage service requests and response times, ensuring completion within established deadlinesAssist in maintaining curb appeal and general cleanliness of buildings and groundsInterview, screen, and recommend candidates for maintenance technician or grounds personnel positionsExecute subsequent training of maintenance or grounds personnelManage scheduling and direct supervision of all in-house and/or vendor workMaintain supply and tool inventory; oversee ordering and delivery of necessary supplies and equipmentAssist in disciplinary or promotional recommendations for maintenance and grounds personnelEnsure OSHA standards are met at all times and maintain a safe work environmentMaintain logs and records; report unusual circumstances regarding the propertyUphold and demonstrate exceptional customer service; seek educational opportunities for personal growthQualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical school or industry-related courses preferred
Experience:
Minimum four (4+) years maintenance experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Superintendent, or Maintenance Technician IIExperience managing maintenance operations in apartment communitiesExperience with Yardi software products a plus
Skills & Certifications:
EPA Section 608 Type I and II or EPA Universal Technician license. If you do not have EPA I & II but have the right experience, drive and skills, we may be able to work with you and sponsor (and pay) for your EPA I & II within the first 75-days of hireValid Driver's License requiredCAMT and CPO certifications may be required within the first six (6) months of employmentProficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
