IT Managed Services - Solutions Architect

Fusion Managed IT is seeking a self-starter to consult with prospects and guide them towards optimized IT landscapes, ensuring that Fusion's managed services clients have industry-leading IT hardware, software and services within our standard target architecture. The solutions architect role requires advanced technical IT knowledge as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. This individual will conduct technical discovery and proposal meetings, as well as maintain a professional dialogue with both highly technical and non-technical stakeholders as part of our sales process. The Solutions Architect will also have a key role leading IT assessments for clients and prospects for client benchmarking and IT roadmap creation. Additional responsibilities include project engineering, building quotes for our products and services, as well as creating, maintaining and auditing detailed documentation for both Fusion and our clients. The Solutions Architect must be organized, an effective problem solver, a quick learner, and should feel comfortable with adapting to new and complex technologies.
