Boot Factory Outlet in Pigeon Forge is seeking a Key Holder to be become an integral part of our team!
If you are an ambitious self-starter, with previous retail experience, looking for your first supervisory experience then this is the perfect role for you.
Key Holders
are a supporting member of our management team. They are responsible for providing every customer with a great experience. They also assist with, and be knowledgeable in, all store operations, including opening and closing procedures. This position is a great first step in growing your leadership skills for a future career in management. The ideal candidate will have previous retail or customer service experience. All applicants must be available to work a combination of opening/closing shifts and weekends.

Essential Physical Requirements:
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
