Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Scrum Master that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around! You will be working with Product Management, Program Management and Engineering in delivering outcomes that be part of Vuori's story in re-defining the apparel landscape!

Qualifications

What you'll get to do:Operate as a team-based servant leader in service to the team's needs and ensure the team is practicing Agile principlesPartner with, coach, and support Technical Product Manager in managing the backlog to ensure it is properly prioritized and appropriately sizedFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies (backlog refinement, planning meetings, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos) and help prepare the team for and facilitates squad level Quarterly/Program Increment (PI) planning activitiesEstablish, track, and communicate Agile metrics (such as team velocity and sprint progress/burn down/up charts) there by helping the team to focus on delivery of high-quality stories on a predictable, sustainable cadenceProtect the team from interruptions and distractions to clear a path for throughputIdentify, remove, and/or escalate risks, roadblocks, and cross team dependencies that are unresolvable by the team and interfere with the team's ability to deliver commitmentsAccountable for promoting continuous improvement by coaching the team to use metrics to identify and measure progressInteract with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization and cross-squad/cross-functional collaboration on delivery executionContinuously learn new approaches to facilitation, Agile best practices, and how to improve team dynamicsWho you are:

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or any acceptable combination of education, experience, and training7+ years of relevant work experience, i.e., on AgileExperience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (e.g. Jira, ADO)Familiarity or experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, SAFe, XP Programming etc.In-depth understanding of Agile principles and how they apply in workplace cultureStrong facilitation and coaching skills within teams and groupsExperience resolving issues across teamsEffective communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring, and servant leadership skillsPrior experience working in ERP implementations is preferredRelevant certification in the Scrum/Agile field is preferredAdditional Information

The salary range for this role is $120,000 per year - $140,000 per year.
