Our flagship product, fantasy football leagues, are used by over 6 million people internationally, and we're constantly adding new games, social features, and functionality to our ecosystem.
What you'll do:
Design experiences across all of our platforms - iOS, Android, Web, Tablet, crafting user interface and user experiences to address user problems and business leadsContribute to and help maintain our design system across all platforms, developing a scalable and consistent design language for the company and brandCollaborate with other designers in ideation sessionsOwn end-to-end user journeys and all aspects of design execution from sketching to high-fidelity, prototyping, and interaction designParticipate in design critiques to show your work as well as provide and receive feedback to other designersWhat we look for in you:
1 to 3 years of full-time Product Design experience, or if you've completed the 12-week design internship at SleeperA strong portfolio, showcasing your passion and foundations in designProven track record of working within a product team to ship successful products to usersAbility to own design process end-to-end from concept to implementationAbility to collaborate effectively with other product designers and give/receive feedback positivelySharp attention to detail and mastery over your craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototypingHave a general understanding of design patterns, best practices, and design standards across iOS, Android, and WebExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluency in Figma and prototyping tools

Certain locations in the United States require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the base salary range and/or a general description of benefits and other compensation applicable to the role. For this role in those locations, a reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for new hires is $80,000 - $120,000 USD (Greater Seattle Area Base) salary. Please note that the compensation range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
