Job Summary:

Adlinc is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing BPO. This individual will focus on identifying and securing new clients in the North American market. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and positioning Adlinc as a premier provider of BPO services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Conduct market research to identify potential clients in North America. Develop a pipeline of prospects and generate new business opportunities.Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, positioning Adlinc as a trusted BPO partner.Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients that highlight Adlinc's value proposition.Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.Travel & Networking: Attend relevant industry conferences, meetings, and networking events to represent Adlinc and expand your network.Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to align business development efforts with the company's strategic goals.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and progress in the sales pipeline. Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven business development experience, with a strong background in the BPO/call center industry.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within North America for client meetings and industry events.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in acquiring and retaining high-value clients in a competitive market.Salary and Commission:

Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 annually (based on experience)Commission Scheme: 5 - 7% of first year revenue generated from new client contracts.Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses for exceeding revenue targets.Perks:
