Located in the heart of Austin, Texas, our office is surrounded by restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and food trucks.Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager (Player/Coach) to join our team. In this role, you will report to the CEO and be responsible for managing and developing our front-line inbound sales team. Your primary goal will be to increase our conversion rates and drive client acquisitions. You will also be involved in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members. This role demands a hands-on approach and a commitment to achieving team objectives while fostering collaboration and exploring growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Coach, manage, and conduct weekly one-on-one meetings, training, and development for inbound and outbound sales teams.Sales Processes: Develop a deep understanding of payment processing, underwriting & risk processes, and HubSpot CRM operations.Pipeline Management: Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to aid deal management and provide accurate forecasting.Performance Tracking: Manage KPIs, metrics, and reporting. Perform call audits, provide feedback, and optimize conversion rates.Task Management: Drive accountability in sales processes through effective task management, follow-up, and pipeline oversight.Lead Management: Manage inbound lead and round-robin processes effectively.Data Integrity: Ensure HubSpot data integrity by managing fields and maintaining accurate records.Reporting & Analysis: Create and analyze HubSpot reports and dashboards to identify trends and challenges.Professional Growth: Embrace opportunities for growth and advancement in your sales leadership journey.Additional Duties: Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned.Key Skills and Experience:Experience: 3-5 years in Sales Leadership roles with a background in building sales teams, preferably in the payments or merchant services industry.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the payments and eCommerce spaces is advantageous.Sales Skills: Demonstrable sales and account management experience with proven closing abilities.Leadership: Proven leadership and mentorship skills with a collaborative mindset.Communication: Strong communication and reasoning skills for effective collaboration within teams, across departments, and with clients.Organization: High level of organization, multitasking, and a passion for exceeding goals and ensuring client satisfaction.Technical Proficiency: Experience with sales-related platforms and systems such as Salesforce.com and/or HubSpot; basic understanding of Google Workspace and internet technologies is a plus.Attitude: High energy, positive attitude, and ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Requirements of the role:Ability to work full-time from our Austin headquarters.Benefits:Health InsuranceDental Insurance401(K) with company matchOffice stocked with snacksOn-site shower for mid-day workoutsUnlimited upward potentialWeekly Company Happy HoursCompany Sponsored Social Events
