You will provide support to shipping, planning, sales and operations.This is a

2nd shift role - 2pm-10:30pm Mon-FriResponsibilities:Receive and unpack shipments, check for accuracy and correctly record the shipmentReport problems with received goods to Inventory Control and the BuyerCreate, update and process paper and online shipping and receiving orders from domestic and international suppliers and customersCoordinate pickups, track shipments and troubleshoot problems by contacting suppliers and shippnig companiesStore materials on stockroom shelves and bins, keeping area clean and organizedPerform some stockroom tasks such as picking orders correctly and quickly, and cycle countingConduct periodic inventory reviews to ensure warehouse balancesMaintain organied, current paper files to ensure others can locate paperwork quicklyFollow detailed procedures in order, accurately and consistentlyOther duties as assignedRequirements:3-5 years relevant experienceBasic knowledge of warehouse managementRelated experience and/or trainingExperience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong attention to detailMay be required to lift or push up to 50 poundsPreferred skills:HS Diploma/GEDForklift experience preferredExperience with ERP / MRP systems such as PRMS or SAP preferredPrevious experience with the online systems of FedEx, UPS and other carriers is desiredFlowserve offers competitive pay, annual bonuses, medical benefits on day 1, generous paid vacation time, paid holidays, 401(k) and many other excellent benefits!Req ID
