Our RN Case Manager is a vital part of our hospice team providing comfort, care, support and education to our patients and their loved ones.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Requirements:
Valid, unencumbered Missouri and Kansas RN or compact license to include both statesMinimum of one year experience in caring for hospice pediatrics patients is preferredAbility to communicate effectively and professionally with others; and to prepare and present information in oral and written formatsSuperior organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines; must schedule and manage time effectivelyValid driver's license and insurance plus reliable transportationCPR certification requiredOur Benefit Offerings Include:
