Senior Staff Accountant at Digicomm International?

What

we'll expect from you and what you'll be doing?

Support the Controller and Accounting Manager on projects, process improvements, and workflow documentation.Assists with prioritizing accounting projects.Assist in the monthly close process, including preparation and posting of standard journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.Prepare budget to actual variance analysis.Light cost accounting.Prepare Work in Process, finished goods calculations, and post to Perpetual Inventory.Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.Perform analysis on variances in inventory accounts.Assist with annual financial audit, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to audit inquiries.Manage full cycle fixed assets.Prepare annual insurance audit filings.Prepare daily banking reports and reconciliations.Prepare and manage personal property tax filings.What you can expect from us:

This position offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year and the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus based upon personal and company performance. Digicomm also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field3+ years of experience in accounting/finance in a position equivalent to Senior Staff AccountantExperience with GAAP and financial reporting requirementsExperience reconciling both balance sheets and income statement accountsExpert level MS Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, and creating comprehensive reportsERP experience, Sage 100 experience a plus
