As they continue their exponential and unprecedented growth, it's time for them to expand their leadership team by bringing on a Regional Sales Manager for the Central to Northern Ohio Territory.

THE JOB:

As an RSM, you'll be responsible for managing a team of 12-15 fire and security OSRs covering major cities including Columbus, Akron, Cleveland, Toledo, and even out towards Pittsburgh. The right person for this role will be an expert and currently coming from security as a priority but fire experience is a bonus. The RSM will be tasked with creating the GTM strategy for increasing their commercial fire and security presence within the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with industry experience to join a company that has almost tripled their revenue and size in less than 4 years, and for them to become the next phase in growth.
