About the Role:

As a Senior Designer you'll be a senior member of Dashlane's in-house creative team. You'll help us proactively evolve and elevate our brand experience-designing clear, compelling, and dynamic creative that drive business goals. Key areas include demand generation, performance marketing, campaign concept creation, and experiential marketing.

Reporting to Dashlane's Creative Director, you'll own the maintenance, and evolution of our marketing website-working with a team of ambitious and multidisciplinary designers, writers, strategists, and marketers.

Location:

This position will be located in our New York City office in a hybrid capacity with 3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:Define and articulate patterns and principles as they relate to layout, typography, color, motion, and interactionCollaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and deploy the visual design system across a range of touch points. (ex: paid media, landing pages, email, print, etc.)Evolve our visual ecosystem based on design trends in the B2B/SaaS spaceEnsure design cohesion across all channelsPresent work to cross-functional partners both within marketing, and across the companyBalance multiple projects at a time while meeting tight deadlinesQualifications:

5+ years of brand and design experience producing strategic and creative work that produced resultsNice-to-haves:

Proficiency in the following software platforms: Figma and Adobe Creative CloudExperience in B2B/ SaaSA portfolio that shows a proven track record of collaborating within small teams to create exceptional workExperience concepting and designing performance media, including paid social, paid search, web pages and landing pagesIllustration & animation experience is preferred but not requiredAbility to manage a design project-from discovery to deliveryComfortable working is a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitaskStrong communication skills

Salary Range: $117,000 - 137,000 in base salary

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane.

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
