As the

Trade Promotion Manager , you will be an integral player on the Customer Strategy & Planning team, working cross functionally with the marketing, display & graphics, and sales teams, to bring to market solutions with consumer stopping power. Through deep competitive analysis you will bring actionable insights and recommendations to evolve our 4P strategy (Product, Promo, Pricing, Placement) so we can win in market.

Analyze sales trends to Identify key insights that shape go to market 4P strategy. Develop and share deep understanding of competition and market landscape to continually improve strategy.Design, develop and deploy trade offers (in store and online) that align to brand strategy and drive strong levels of trade support.Engage regularly with Customer Sales Teams to ensure business plans align to brand strategies and partner on off-shelf merchandising requests, along with national/standard display vehicles.Help manage trade material & communications to ensure alignment with brand strategies and updates.Consult on the display and bonus packs budget to ensure the right activation support levels.Lead Quarterly Promotional Reviews with Customer Strategy and Brand to evaluate current POS promotional trends and trade offer effectiveness; identify gaps/upside in the 4Ps by leveraging multiple data sources such as Numerator and IRI, inclusive of top competitor trends and insights, and proactively communicate upcoming plans.Own promotional pricing policies, ensuring regular alignment of customer teams' programs.Provide trade inputs for innovation testing and perspective for commercial trade promo strategies and tactics, including war gaming competitive response and analyzing in market performance against launch assumptions.Team Liaison to incremental customer team funding asks, in partnership with Net Revenue Management team.Present on promotional topics in key Haleon engagements (Annual Business Meeting, Go-To-Market meetings, customer team planning sessions, etc.) with periodic opportunities to interact with customer directly (retailer buying teams).Be the retail expert for strategy and brand with regular in-store and online visits to share current, working knowledge on quickly evolving retail environment.Who are you:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Bachelor's Degree3+ years of trade marketing and/or sales experience in OTC/consumer product goods industryUnderstand the retail environment, preferably with experience interacting with customers directly in this environmentStrong computer skills, including MS Office applications with a strength in Excel and PowerPointSkilled in working with multiple information sources such as syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen), with both POS and Household Panel data, retailer proprietary POS and Trade Promo systems (as well as any associated web-based applications)Preferred Qualifications:

We also offer the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus based on the achievement of key business performance and other incentive/recognition programs as part of the offering. The salary range for this role is $ $97,076 - $133,480USD +12% bonus.
