Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
to join our team. As a CNA,
you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in their homes , ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents. This is an individual contributor role that requires a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated individual.
CNA BenefitsMonday-Friday Afternoon ShiftsPay Rate: $18-20/HourPaid TrainingCNA Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressingProvide emotional support and companionship to residentsHelp residents with mobility by transferring and positioning them safelyRecord and maintain accurate documentation of residents' care and daily activitiesFollow all safety and infection control protocolsAssist with feeding residents and providing hydrationCommunicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare team membersCNA Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care or assisted livingAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 poundsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and empathetic natureFlexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidaysMust pass a background check
