Reporting to the Executive Director - Brand Leadership, the Senior Brand Leader partners with various Olberding Brand Family teams to support our clients in helping to market the brands they produce, and consumers have come to love. The right candidate must be able to lead and manage day-to-day requests while working directly with clients for some of America's favorite CPG brands.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Lead and manage project teams to ensure that the client needs are delivered on brief, aligned with brand standards, within budget and in assigned timelineStrong contributor to account supervision with management of company procedures, ability to identify and influence areas of improvement within project workflow and partner with creatives to deliver strategic opportunities to grow the businessDemonstrate mastery of project management skills in creating, monitoring and tracking projectsCreate estimatesMaintain accurate schedules and budget recordsTrack project versus budgetProcess billing to our internal finance departmentDemonstrate strong business writing skills and develop the ability to write the following documents with minimal to no edits: conference reports, status reports, research summaries, competitive analysisDemonstrate understanding of client's business and competitive landscapeBuild client communication skills and demonstrates professionalism in all aspects of client interactionServe as a role model and mentorQualifications Include:

BS or BA in Marketing, Advertising, or similar degree preferred8+ years' experience branding, advertising or marketingConsumer product company knowledge or experienceAgency experience preferredProficient level in Microsoft Office softwareBenefits Include:
