The VP of Marketing at Otelier will lead a team of marketing professionals in content, digital and field marketing, demand generation, and marketing communications. This person will play a critical role in delivering on the company's go-to-market strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the CRO, s/he will be responsible for driving robust demand generation to support the company goals and financial targets, executing strategic campaigns, and solidifying Otelier's presence in the hospitality SaaS industry. With a recent rebrand, this person will leverage the company's new identity to further position it as a leading solution for hoteliers globally. To succeed in our organization, this candidate must possess a solid ability to execute; someone who is smart but humble, adaptable and decisive, optimistic but realistic, with a high ownership and partnership attitude and approach.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute Otelier's go-to-market strategy to drive demand generation and sales pipeline growthOwn and manage marketing campaigns execution across digital marketing, social media, content, and events marketingBuild and execute ABM programs working in partnership with sales to identify top target accounts in strategic industry segmentsImplement customer marketing demand generation programs that focus on up-sell/cross-sell opportunitiesOversee team's development and dissemination of collateral and content capturing core value proposition to enable and support the sales organizationAnalyze and report on key marketing metrics through the entire funnel and pipeline journeyOptimize demand generation execution, by leveraging data to refine strategies and optimize marketing spend, ensuring high ROI across all marketing channelsCollaborate with Product Marketing on the effective relay of customer value proposition, aligning messaging and marketing efforts with sales objectivesManage external partnerships, including agencies, PR, and creative vendors, to amplify Otelier's brand presence, in the industryStay ahead of industry and market trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to Otelier's marketing efforts and go-to-market strategyAnalyze, measure, forecast, and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and revenue targetsPossess a solid understanding of the marketing Technology Stack, leveraging technology to drive effectiveness and optimize performanceConsistently coach, train and develop the marketing team to drive efficiency and performanceRequirements

10+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS technology or software companies, with 7+ years in a demand generation marketing leadership roleProven track record of building and executing go-to-market strategies to drive growth across marketing functionsStrong leadership and management skills, with demonstrated success mentoring and developing talentStrategic yet able to execute and effectively work cross-functionallyExperience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics effectivelyPositive, energetic attitude and initiative, with strong work ethicExceptional communication and presentation skillsExperience working with or within the hospitality industry is a plusBachelor's degree in business or marketing field required

This position offers a base compensation range of $180,000 to $220,000. This range represents the potential compensation for this role, with actual pay varying based on factors such as the location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
