We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Development Director to join our team at PTI Services. A successful Director uses independent judgment and looks at the larger picture to manage company-wide initiatives that help achieve long-term goals. Their duties include strategic planning, meeting operational goals, and managing profit and loss. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, communicating updates to stakeholders, and resolving any constraints to ensure successful project completion.
What We are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree required in business administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or relevant industry experience.7+ years of experience in telecommunications site development required.Develops business strategies and initiatives to direct the team's overall performance.Managing relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.Experience leading, mentoring, and managing a team of telecommunications professionals.Guiding managers and team on implementing company initiatives and policiesExercise reasonable care, skill, good judgement, and diligence in all decisions.Development and accountability of financial forecasts, budgets, and profit and loss (P&L).Responsible for leading teams in site development including leasing, zoning, permitting, and construction management of wireless telecommunications infrastructure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Flexibility to travel within the U.S. up to 25%.
