Voltage Park is on a mission to make machine learning infrastructure accessible to all, from large enterprises and research universities to seed-stage startups and nonprofits. Providing seamless access to compute with pricing and inventory transparency is the future of access to GPUs, and we are the only cloud provider offering a platform that shows all available GPUs with transparent, market-based pricing, in addition to long-term reserve contracts for our customers.

We are hiring a Vice President of Marketing with subject matter expertise in the AI, infrastructure or high-performance computing space to build our brand, demand gen, product marketing and PR strategies from the ground up. We're looking for a hands-on strategic thinker with experience scaling a team and building a marketing practice from the ground up. As an early hire, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions Voltage Park as a leader in the space.

This role is based in our San Francisco office.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growthPartner across teams, including Product, Sales and Engineering, to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategiesStay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the AI infrastructure space to inform marketing strategiesLead, mentor, and grow a team as the company grows, fostering a culture of curiosity, customer-centricity, and ownership

Brand Development and Positioning:

Create compelling positioning, differentiation from competitors, and value proposition, ensuring a consistent brand narrative across all channelsResearch and identify customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and product differentiation, staying on top of industry trends and changes

Product Marketing

Collaborate across teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring clear messaging and effective communication of product value propositionsLead the creation of product marketing collateral, including one-sheets, case studies, videos, whitepapers, webinars, and presentations

PR

Identify a public relations partner, and work together with them to establish a public relations strategy

Content Marketing and Social Media

Establish a content marketing strategy, including including blog posts, tutorials, videos, speaking engagements and partnerships, to establish Voltage Park as a leading voice in the industryLead the strategies for X, Linkedin, HackerNews, and other relevant platforms, including community engagement, follower growth, and reputation managementIdentify resources for social media management and content creation as needed

Demand GenerationUse data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROIOversee the development and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive qualified leads and customer engagementTrack, report on, and optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in the AI, cloud computing, machine learning, or cloud infrastructure industries in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive business growthYou're comfortable being hands on, and have the ability to build out a team when the time is rightExperience building efficient processes from scratchExperience partnering with stakeholders in driving business decision-making and product road mappingData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategiesExperience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum impactBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience required. Master's degree preferred
