We are looking for an Order Processing Representative/Associate who is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately. This role involves working closely with warehouses to meet delivery deadlines and maintain high customer satisfaction.
This is a Hybrid role
(2 days a week Work from Home) for our offices at 17858 SW Upper Boones Ferry Rd, Portland, OR 97224.
Hours are 7 am to
What You'll Do:Ensure all daily online priority and early cut-off orders are processed on time.Manage orders through to fulfillment, working closely with our warehouses to ensure timely and accurate delivery.Process Amazon Purchase Orders as needed with our vendors, ensuring compliance with platform requirements.Input daily tracking information into the Amazon portal for shipments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.Identify and resolve order-related issues promptly to prevent delays or customer dissatisfaction.Suggest and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of order processing.Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.What You Need:
Education/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.1+ years of experience in order processing, customer service, or related field, preferably with experience in handling Amazon orders.Required Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Ability to process large volumes of order data accurately and efficiently.Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.Organized and manages time well.Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving and basic math skills.Accounting or data entry experience preferred.Preferred Competencies:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and order management software.Experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms.Some knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.Who You Are
