Shift Details

1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PMTraining | Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8 AM - 3 PMPay | $21 - $23 per hourRequirements

High school diploma or GED OR 1 - 3 months of related experience (or an equivalent of both education and experience).3 years of customer service experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office software.Be familiar with the XXX software order entry system.Have excellent customer service skills.Customer Service Representative Duties

Be responsible for interfacing with customers before or after a sale. Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and promptly. Process orders for merchandise by mail, telephone, fax, email, or customer/company employee. Analyze customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules. Resolve production scheduling, shipping, or invoice problems and edit orders received for pricing. Follow up on orders. Receive and checke customer complaints, compiled statistics, and prepared various reports for management.
