Overview

DNI/Creative IT Solutions is providing all systems administration and engineering skill sets for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) located in Oklahoma City, OK. We are currently interviewing for an O365 Cloud Administrator to support this initiative in a 24/7 shift work environment.

An active security clearance is REQUIRED.

A Security+ Certification is REQUIRED.

This position is 100% onsite, Tuesday-Saturday, days shift.

This is a full time/permanent position with excellent benefits, and outstanding compensation including full medical, dental, 401K vacation and holiday pay.

Responsibilities

Administer and manage the Office 365 cloud environment, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and TeamsImplement and maintain security, privacy, and compliance policies for Office 365Perform regular software updates and upgrades for Office 365 servicesMonitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to Office 365 servicesManage and assign user licenses for Office 365 servicesProvide end-user support for Office 365 applications and servicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Office 365 deployment and usageDevelop and maintain documentation for the Office 365 environmentQualifications

5+ years of experience in Office 365 administrationStrong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and TeamsExperience with cloud-based identity management, such as Azure Active DirectoryExcellent troubleshooting skills and experience with service management toolsStrong understanding of security and privacy best practices in a cloud environmentAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience and Education:

Experience in Server Administration, Systems Support, Troubleshooting Mobile Devices, Desktop Support, or related field.Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.Excellent customer service skills.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related IT degree preferred but not required.CompTIA Security+ Certification is
