Job Description

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) Marketing team annual strategy and preparation for multiple upcoming product launches. The product launch activity includes but is not limited to creating and maintaining marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, training materials, digital/print advertisements), website content, video creation, social media, promotions, pricing, demo asset planning, trade shows, etc.). In addition, the Marketing Specialist would serve as the EUS Marketing point person to manage and track special quoting requests from capital sales team. The candidate will be integrally involved with all EUS business and get exposure to the full range of products and processes within the MSG portfolio.

Job Duties

Assist in implementing tactics that support marketing strategies to include physician partnership programs, marketing campaigns, and business analyses.

Track and evaluate marketing program progress, reporting out and recommending changes to optimize success as needed.

Assist in new product launch process.

Manage product supply budgetary quoting by interacting with capital sales team, tracking and approving quotes.

Submit and manage HCP contracts and activity to drive collaborative initiatives forward.

Participate in and manage HCP feedback surveys.

Attend procedures, courses, and tradeshows as necessary.

Support the selling process by creating marketing collateral tools and training presentations.

Liaise with field sales team as necessary to support field activities driving revenue.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Required:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing or other degree with comparable work experience in healthcare industry is required.

Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred:

Prior experience in Product Marketing or B2B Marketing is a plus.

Must have demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills.

Must have a sense of urgency and be detail-oriented to complete tasks and project on time or sooner.

Must have the ability to project a professional image and leadership skills.

Must be self-motivated, confident individual with outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Must be results-oriented individual with track record of meeting established goals.

Must be able to work in a complex environment and projects that require persistence, multi-tasking, and rapport building skills to build alliances in other departments to get the job done.

Strategic thinking and demonstrated problem solving capability.

Strong history of delivering high quality sustainable results using skills and capabilities.

Strong analytical and communication skills (written and oral).

High degree of personal organization.

Ability to interact with field personnel management and customers.

Individual must possess a high degree of self-reliance, initiative and creativity.

Must work well under pressure.
