An incredible opportunity awaits for a dedicated Eye Care/Myopia Counselor passionate about patient care and making a difference in the lives of children and their families. In this dynamic role, the advocate will serve as a concierge for myopia (nearsightedness) patients, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to successfully navigate their treatment plans. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided.
Responsibilities include:Processing sales for the myopia management program.Visiting local physicians for patient referrals.Preparing documents for initial consultations.Liaising with partner organizations.Fostering relationships with patients and referring doctors.Managing parent inquiries and processing payments.Instructing families on vital treatment techniques while maintaining a friendly and encouraging atmosphere.
