Monday.com’s Certification Team is looking for an Instructional Designer (micro-level development) to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining training materials and certification exams for customers. This will include designing learning solutions, developing product-related content, assessing its effectiveness, and improving it based on feedback.You will interact with stakeholders across the company and specifically with product enablement and client-facing teams. You will be part of a fast-paced and collaborative team, reporting to the Certification Program Group Lead.About The Role

As an Instructional Designer, your responsibilities will include:Developing product-related curriculums and content such as presentations, videos, courseware, workshops, quizzes, and more.Working with multiple SMEs and under a tight timeline.Managing projects to ensure that content is created and deployed properly in accordance with the project plan.Analyzing programs’ effectiveness, and user satisfaction, and working to improve them.Implementing and managing the content in our LMS.Your Experience & Skills

2+ years of experience in instructional design, including developing product-related e-learning content and exams using multimedia authoring tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360 - Rise, Genially.io).Hands-on experience with an LMS or LXP.Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently on multiple projects, as well as in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across groups, levels, and geographies.English at mother-tongue level – must.Experience with the monday.com platform is an advantage.We believe in equal opportunity.
