to join our dynamic team.Your ImpactAre you a creative powerhouse with a knack for design across multiple channels? As our Graphic Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and executing our brand's fresh new look. Working closely with our design team members and cross-functional teams, you'll bring creativity and innovation to every project—from digital assets to print collateral. You will:Lead the charge in our rebranding initiative by designing captivating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including campaigns, events, reports, web designs, presentations, digital ads, and more.Work alongside our creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts that align with our brand's vision and goals.Execute design briefs with precision and creativity, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand and visually striking.Edit and produce engaging videos for promotional and educational purposes.Embrace feedback and iterate on designs to achieve perfection—because every pixel counts!Prepare final designs for presentation and production, maintaining consistency and quality across all materials.Your QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Synthesia, etc.)A strong understanding of foundational typography, color theory, and layout principles.A diverse portfolio showcasing your design expertise across various mediums and styles.Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, take creative direction, and contribute fresh perspectives.A deep understanding of branding, market trends, and design strategy, and can help shape the overall visual identity of the Anaplan brand.Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.Nice to HavesExperience in creating graphics for digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, display advertising).Familiarity with motion graphics or animation is a plus.Illustration skills are advantageous but not required.Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles.This is your chance to make a significant impact as we redefine our brand identity.
