TSS is a subsidiary of the St. George Tanaq Corporation, an Alaskan Native Corporation (ANC) committed to serving Federal customers while also giving back to the Tanaq native community and shareholders.About the RoleWe are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst specializing in governance support to manage and enhance governance frameworks. The Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders to ensure compliance and support governance activities.This is a fully remote role based in Atlanta, GA or anywhere in the U.S. This position is contingent on contract award.ResponsibilitiesEngage with business teams to elicit and document governance requirements.Develop and maintain governance frameworks and documentation.Facilitate communication and collaboration between governance and technical teams.Support quality assurance and compliance testing.Create governance-related documents and reports.Develop user manuals and training materials.Participate in governance meetings, record meeting notes, and update stakeholders.Other duties as assigned. RequirementsRequired Experience and SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, demonstrating strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.Experience with a public health federal agency's governance frameworks and compliance required.Experience working with a public health federal agency's EPLC process required.Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.Prior experience working with a public health federal agency preferred.Ability to obtain government clearance.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Education and TrainingBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, Public Health, or related field. Extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
