Responsibilities
Understand and manage concept and projections of ad campaigns
Proofread, edit copy and art to ensure accuracy and client specifications are met
Adhere to strict deadlines and manage approval process through management and the communications department
Update production checklists daily and work well within tight deadlines
Manage vendor fulfillment and coordinate communications to other internal departments
Create and update tracking and informational spreadsheets
Review data, imaging, insertion, embedded links and intructions to ensure proper set-up and processes are in place for ad campaigns
