We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Korean) Procurement Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between our U.S. team and overseas suppliers, managing purchase orders, tracking production, and coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Communicate with suppliers regarding purchase orders, invoices, and priorities.Source, obtain quotes, negotiate, and procure materials/services in line with company policy.Prepare and verify documentation such as purchase orders, RFQs, invoices, and shipments.Update purchase order terms to meet customer and company requirements.Evaluate suppliers for pricing and delivery, staying informed of economic trends.Support departments by obtaining samples, certifications, and resolving paperwork issues.Track open orders and shipments, managing expedited items or those at risk.Handle rejected materials, ensuring timely returns to suppliers.Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues impacting contract requirements.Maintain supplier cost reports and monitor lead times for consistency.Translate reports, documents, and emails when necessary.Handle special projects as assigned.Preferred Qualifications :

bilingual in English and Korean (required).At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement.Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and inventory control.Proficiency in Word, Excel, and email.Problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions.
