Responsibilities:Coordinate project tracking and reporting on communications campaigns such as email, direct mail, and local advertising.Communicate and collaborate with other departments such as online and creative to ensure all teams are aware of our goals and prepared to coordinate content and communications within the planned scheduleExecute customer list generation for all transition communications and distribute them to partners such as printers; validate lists with cross-functional teams as necessary and proof results for accuracyUtilize call reporting dashboards to pull monthly reports for Marketing Analyst to update ROI data studio reportsCoordinate reporting of local lead generation activities in brand transition and analyze performance with the brand transition team.Review spend by vendors each month against invoicesCoordinate customer-facing branch transition branding such as uniforms and truck wrapsHelp research and vet new marketing vendors. Assist in onboarding the new vendorsFlexibility to support and assume various roles as neededQualifications :
Bachelor's degree; concentration in Marketing or CommunicationsMinimum of 3+ years of experience in MarketingExperience and/or knowledge of decentralized, route-based service industries is strongly desired; including National and Regional Marketing experienceKnowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts, most importantly brand management and marketing communicationsEffectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressureStrong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a fast-paced environment.Ability to demonstrate composure and self-confidence in difficult situationsProficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of software toolsStrong writing and proofreading skillsPossess critical thinking and problem-solving skillsWhat's in it for you?
