We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to grow and one day lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and fostering a high-performance team culture. This role requires a hands-on leader who can mentor and develop the sales team while actively contributing to strategic sales initiatives. This position is based out of Central FL, but does require travel to the Tampa and South FL markets. We are looking for someone hungry and looking for an opportunity to help a company scale to its full potential.
salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Travel to Customers in Central and South FL to grow key accounts in the state
Lead, Manage, and Develop Sales Team: Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets. Create a positive, goal-driven environment.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue and market share. Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales goals with the company's objectives.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as a key point of contact for high-value customers.
Monitor Performance: Track and report on sales team performance, including key metrics such as revenue, pipeline management, and customer satisfaction. Use data-driven insights to make improvements.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to adjust strategies and stay ahead.
Sales Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and contribute to budget planning. Ensure the sales team operates within the agreed budget.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and a unified sales approach.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements to optimize the sales cycle and improve efficiency. Identify opportunities for team training and professional growth.
