The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing marketing strategies and campaigns. You will assist in the creation of marketing materials, manage social media platforms, track campaign performance, and help in the day-to-day administration of marketing projects.Key Responsibilities :Create, edit, and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional emails.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and audience insights.Help coordinate and organize marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, or product launches.Support in maintaining the marketing calendar and meeting deadlines for project deliverables.Track the effectiveness of campaigns by compiling reports and analyzing key metrics (using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).Assist in managing customer relationships and databases using CRM software.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and design, to ensure alignment on marketing activities.Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating with vendors.Qualifications :Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
