Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving growth in the reseller and wholesale channels? Randstad is looking for a Sales Manager to help our cusotmer expansion efforts and strengthen our reseller relationships. Must have automotive sales experiance!

What You'll Do:

Onboard and develop new reseller accounts to boost sales.

Collaborate with Technical Support to ensure top-tier service for resellers.

Craft targeted sales campaigns and explore new market opportunities.

Represent our brand at trade shows and industry events.

Analyze performance data to refine sales strategies and drive success!

Responsibilities

Reseller Channel Growth:

 Proactively identify, onboard, and develop new reseller and wholesale accounts.

 Craft and implement effective strategies to boost sales volume and frequency within the

reseller channel.

 Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing resellers to ensure

sustained growth and loyalty.

Sales Support and Collaboration:

 Partner with the Technical Support team to ensure resellers receive timely and effective

technical support.

 Leverage in-depth product knowledge and market insights to design and execute

targeted sales campaigns for resellers.

Market Expansion:

 Identify and explore new market opportunities, including untapped regions and niche

segments within the automotive aftermarket.

 Represent RoadActive Suspension at trade shows and industry events to network,

promote products, and gather market intelligence.

Reporting and Analysis:

 Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends, providing regular, data-

driven reports to leadership.

 Utilize insights to refine sales strategies, enhance reseller satisfaction, and drive overall

channel performance.

The essential functions of this role include:

working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week
